Wild Tussar Silk "kantha" embroidered robe: blue floral
This handwoven and hand-embroidered wild tussar silk outer overlay Dune Robe is designed by the House of Wandering Silk (HOWS), a woman-owned-and-operated social enterprise in New Delhi, India. It is hand-embroidered by "kantha' women aritsans in West Bengal, India under the direction of master artisan Takdira Begum.
The robe is crafted from a single length of fabric and designed to make their beautiful textiles into highly wearable pieces with undulating drapes, which layer and flow beautifully. The fabric is light and soft and has a gentle drape. It is unlined and some pieces have tail threads on the inside and faint tracing lines of the pattern, which will wash out.

Size: Oversized and relaxed fit - fits XS-XL comfortably Length 34" at center front, 43" from the shoulder at the sides

- Care: Dry cleaning recommended; alternatively - extremely gentle hand wash. Do not rub, agitate or soak. Drip dry flat. Gentle steam iron.
